A very bad experience. Braber doesn't listen to you at all and just rambles on, convinced he's right. If you try to say something, he's completely overwhelmed and only gets louder. And if you do say something, he doesn't listen either and pretends what just happened didn't happen. Furthermore, he was completely wrong on the substance of the matter in three separate cases: 1) he completely misjudged the time we had to file a tax return. According to Braber, we were late, but according to us and the tax authorities, we weren't; 2) according to Braber, a specific tax return had to be added up, but according to the tax authorities, it wasn't; and 3) according to him, the way the mortgage was arranged was impossible, despite the fact that the mortgage lender, mortgage advisor, and notary had done it together. If you're looking for an advisor who listens to you and has a broader knowledge than just theory, you should definitely NOT go to Braber van Driel.

Now that we're approaching retirement and have questions about equity, single-premium policies, pensions, etc., we asked for advice. After explaining the details, I got the feeling they only want to help large accounts, and I couldn't get past the front door. I tried the receptionist again, and she directed the question to the men. I couldn't get through again, but I did get a response that they don't have time for private individuals. It's a shame, especially the way they handled it. It's a bit rude, and if you're not interested, why let the receptionist figure out if you're worth the effort?
