After a malfunction in my central heating boiler, I had Renee Braaksma repair it (replace the gas valve), but after two weeks, the problem returned. After numerous phone calls and WhatsApp messages, I finally got an appointment (after two months), which was then canceled the morning of the appointment. After that, no more contact. I was forced to call in a different installer. They replaced the gas valve Renee had replaced, and now the malfunction is gone. All in all, a very disappointing performance from Braaksma, which also cost me an additional €300.
