This guy is absolutely not recommended. At first, everything seems friendly. But once they get started, the trouble begins. No one speaks good Dutch. After plastering the stairwell and landing, the results are terrible. The ceiling is completely uneven. The paintwork they did is also poor quality. They should have done the painting and varnishing themselves, so they wouldn't have sanded as well.
