Well, I'm otherwise satisfied with the boiler, but I do think they could tell me more about it. I'm not happy about the damage they caused to my countertop, and I've reported it to you. But I haven't heard anything back yet. I also think they have a hose for refilling water, but there's a broken coupling that goes on that hose, so I don't think they're very friendly at all.

Bad experience with them. They kept sending me the bill despite initially unclear communication. The technician wasn't clear about the expected costs either. This confirms my feeling that the company is going downhill. I've definitely lost a potential customer.
