You can brainstorm ideas with them and discuss your wishes to achieve the best possible result, both architecturally and visually. He and his wife Joyce attended viewings. Using her knowledge and experience, they brainstormed ways to convert the garage into a bedroom with a shower. Immediately after purchasing the house, we made an appointment to review plans and take measurements. Along the way, Joseph suggested additional options and contributed to the process. I'm truly thrilled with what Joseph has accomplished. He's always willing to answer questions. He calls if appointments don't work out or need to be rescheduled. Thank you for tackling my project in the meantime. It turned out beautifully, and I'm very happy with it. If I ever need to tackle or renovate anything else, I'll definitely hire you!

After working with several contractors, we decided to embark on the extension adventure with JJ Lemmens. Despite a few setbacks, including heavy rainfall, they always strived to find the best, fastest, and most suitable solution. We are absolutely thrilled with the final result. Last year, Joseph built a fantastic extension for us. Unfortunately, a dark cloud hung over our project. This wasn't Joseph or Joyce's fault at all, but the window frame supplier. Joseph and Joyce gave 100% to resolve this issue, even though it was completely beyond their control. They both dove headfirst into the problem and did everything they could to ensure a pleasant completion of the project. We would definitely recommend Joseph and Joyce. Joseph is a very friendly and sociable man who enjoys a chat and was also very kind to our children, who definitely got in the way during the construction. Joyce and Joseph, thank you!
