We recently visited Nieuw Leven for a kitchen consultation. Without an appointment, the staff member was very willing to speak with us and show us around the showroom. No coffee or biscuits, just straightforward advice. Pleasant. On our way out, I saw a nice crosscut saw in their hardware store. I ended up buying it at a discount. Unfortunately, something turned out to be wrong with the saw from the factory. After a little over a week (excluding the 8-day return policy), they took the saw back without any problems, and I got my money back. Unfortunately, they didn't have the same saw in stock anymore. Very happy with the old-fashioned service!

There is a lot to say about this. The short version is: initially, I received good service, but afterwards, I was not well informed about the pros and cons of the kitchen materials. And once the (admittedly beautiful) kitchen was ordered, it was a big fat zero for communication. I constantly had to chase everything up myself due to a lack of responses. It is a mystery to me that anyone would want to run a company like this. I will not recommend them anywhere. And if you live a bit further away, don't buy your kitchen here, because they aren't fond of service trips; that becomes clear to you almost immediately.

These people would do well to take a customer service course. I received a very unfriendly phone call today. They made no attempt to provide me with accurate and adequate information. They simply told me to send a photo with measurements and check their website to see what they had to offer. Then they said I'd get a quote. NO THANK YOU! I can spend my money anywhere and want to be informed correctly and with interest. You've lost a customer today!

We are very happy with the kitchen we ordered from Nieuw Leven. There were some issues with the delivery of some appliances, but luckily we were able to use loaner appliances, which minimized the inconvenience of the unusual delivery times. Friends have also referred us to Nieuw Leven, and we finally have time to write this review.
