Tizo (/ Livingstone) helped us build our villa – and we were absolutely thrilled! From start to finish, we were taken care of. Professional, friendly, and always willing to brainstorm with them. This gave us the freedom to focus on work, family, and the fun aspects of building. We really appreciated their relaxed and solution-oriented approach. Whenever we asked if anything was going wrong during construction, the answer was always: "If anything's wrong, we'll just fix it." That speaks volumes about the trust and collaboration within the team. Everyone – from the core team to the suppliers – seemed perfectly attuned to each other. We had our dream home built by construction company Tizo. After the design phase with Livingstone in Breda, Tizo took care of the construction. The construction concept is tightly managed, resulting in a very efficient build. From the groundbreaking ceremony to the handover, they spent 17 weeks (turnkey completion). The only remaining work was painting, flooring, and kitchen installation. The tight schedule is beneficial, as they honor their commitments. The downside is that changes are practically impossible! This makes the design phase with Livingstone even more crucial! Mistakes and/or defects are acknowledged and resolved. Tizo's after-sales department continues to provide support and oversees the subcontractors' execution even after completion!

I have no idea how they build them, but these people drive like mad on the road, almost causing an accident in Kudelstaart and then taking a good chunk of the shoulder! Good job, you amateurs!
