We are incredibly happy with the renovation that Bouwerij Baan carried out for us. The process began with an initial consultation with Nathalie, after which she created an interior design. Nathalie listened carefully to our wishes and came up with a surprising and creative design that perfectly matched our envisioned project. Michiel was in charge of the renovation. Although there were some initial challenges, such as removing a load-bearing wall, these were resolved professionally and expertly. Despite some initial delays, the project ultimately met its schedule. Communication with all parties involved was smooth; they were all pleasant and professional people to work with. The end result exceeds our expectations. Our ground floor has been completely renovated and has a beautiful appearance. Visitors often say it feels like living in a "VT Wonen" house, and we are incredibly proud of that.

A reliable contractor and interior stylist who also excels in communication! When we decided to embark on a new construction project that was already well underway, we urgently needed a contractor to help us finish the house. We wanted a reliable partner who could create an attic layout including a second bathroom, finish the walls and floors on all floors, and also help with things like electrical work and replacing doors and door frames. After an extensive search, we found Bouwerij Baan, hoping to find a reliable contractor who would also communicate clearly. And that proved to be true! The communication about the quote and schedule was pleasant and transparent. Michiel also provided valuable input on the possibilities. He also quickly and clearly explained any potential setbacks (such as walls that turned out to need a different finish after completion). We were also very pleased with the subcontractors Bouwerij Baan works with. Finally, Michiel also put us in touch with Nathalie, who was incredibly helpful with color advice for our home. We therefore highly recommend Bouwerij Baan!

A contractor you can rely on! Communication is clear and they actually plan effectively. The people they hire deliver quality work (unlike the people we hired ourselves), a difference that was clearly visible (and in hindsight, not worth the extra money we had to pay the others). Very happy with the tiler; he did a fantastic job!
