Unfortunately, they don't care about small businesses. They only enthusiastically lure in the big guys who don't care about an extra euro. It's a shame... but that's apparently how they operate. Their staff handles their own reviews. If there's a bad review, they respond through family, friends, or simply themselves, telling them how great they are. Many of the same IP addresses are used for reviews. TIP! Respond to negative reviews and be open to feedback, whether it's justified or not. Being right doesn't necessarily mean the customer is right. Perhaps the truth lies somewhere in between. Who knows, we might do business with you in the future. The reason for this review is that you treated a customer of mine unfairly and didn't take him seriously. He's now chosen his tiles from another reputable company. You lost €5,000, and I lost €1,500 in labor. Very disappointing and unfortunate.

Unfriendly staff. I've been there three times and each time I had to wait half an hour for someone to help me. I called to ask if they had a product in stock. They claimed they did. I went there, and it turned out they didn't. Instead of apologizing, they practically laughed at me.
