We wanted to add a toilet in our upstairs bathroom, but after receiving multiple quotes, other companies claimed it would be too complex. They suggested we’d need to redo the entire floor, move doors, or even tear down walls to accommodate the sewage pipe. However, Bouwbedrijf Van Zilver found an elegant and efficient solution by installing the pipes through the ceiling along an existing wall. Their work was meticulous, with attention to detail, and the team was both friendly and highly skilled. Although the project took a week longer than expected, the quality of the final result was worth it. I highly recommend them for any renovation work.

After extensive online research, numerous conversations with numerous companies, and quotes, none came close to the personal attention of designer Annemarie. She drew a lot of inspiration from our wishes, and together we created a beautiful design that almost 100% met our needs. The quality of many of the materials they supplied is far superior to what we've seen from other companies. We are very grateful for Abdelkarim and his team. From the first day they started working with us, communication with him was excellent. His team perfectly finished our bathroom. We recommend them to anyone who wants a beautiful bathroom and toilet.

We've had a very positive experience with Van Zilver Construction. Clear communication (with Abdelkarim), they honor their agreements, and deliver excellent work. We're critical of contractors (after some bad experiences with other companies), but this company exceeded our expectations.
