Kuiers Construction Company in Meppel excels at what they do. After several helpful conversations about my wishes for the house, my budget, and therefore my options, they got off to a flying start. When I wanted more work done, they helped me schedule it in and also suggested ways to approach certain things differently. As a result, my house is now better than I had originally envisioned. Towards the end of the renovation, it turned out I had overspent on my entire budget. They responded promptly, and together we postponed or canceled non-essential items. All in all, I am very satisfied with the communication, the work performed, and the overall interaction with this company.

We recently had two dormers installed – one at the front and one at the rear of our house – and we are extremely pleased with the results. From the very first contact, communication was clear and professional. The team at Kuiers Construction was genuinely helpful, provided sound advice on the options, and came up with practical solutions. The work itself went smoothly and efficiently. The craftsmen were friendly, worked accurately, and left everything neat and tidy every day. Kuiers took care of everything during our renovation. We installed new door frames, doors, and sliding doors, and also had our bathroom renovated. We're very happy with the results.

Bad experience, overpriced, poor quality, unexpected extra work, lying (a new door frame narrower than the standard size so the door wouldn't fit, and adamant denial), and stolen items). Not a proper handling.

The meeting at our home was promising, but nothing could be further from the truth! We were supposed to receive a quote from Marcel within three weeks. Around three weeks later, we contacted him ourselves, but no response via WhatsApp or phone. We called the office, but Arjan wasn't having a particularly good day. We received little to no substantive information from him; we simply had to be patient with him regarding the quote. Questions started to mount. Once we received the quote, it quickly became clear that they weren't particularly interested in our small project. Compared to other companies, from whom we received very timely quotes, Kuiers is three times more expensive. For the exact same job with the exact same materials, they shamelessly send us a far from realistic quote. I definitely do not recommend this company!
