Joziasse was called in by my insurance company to help fix a leak in the dormer. They quickly diagnosed the problem and proceeded to fix said problem. They took notes about the water damage inside, and explained the follow up steps. After waiting 2 weeks to allow the water to evaporate / dry up, they came back and repaired and painted the inside of the dormer. I'm very happy with the whole process and Joziasse.

A very bad experience with Joziasse Construction The renovation of our toilet (starting January 5th) went extremely poorly and took almost three weeks, with numerous errors and delays. Appointments were repeatedly missed, and they were consistently late or absent. The tiling was crooked and uneven, installed without a trowel, and with varying joint thicknesses. This had to be completely redone, and the result was unsatisfactory even the second time (staggered floor tiles, protruding wall tiles). The plasterwork was done by an inexperienced professional; the walls are visibly wavy. Several hired professionals later indicated that the walls should actually be completely demolished and rebuilt. The installation work was also sloppy: a toilet installed too high, a crooked sink, and a forgotten light switch. The caulking was initially black and later replaced, but still not neat. Conclusion: poor planning, lack of craftsmanship, and no quality control. I absolutely do not recommend Joziasse Construction.
