We had an extension built 17 years ago. Even before it was finished, there were a few things wrong. A windowsill, for example, was terribly crooked. And the roof is so perpendicular that it doesn't drain and has already leaked twice. Things that should be straight are built crooked, and vice versa.

We're still completely satisfied; quality and craftsmanship, after all, are what it's all about.

We had our house built 22 years ago on Plesmanlaan in Ypenburg, The Hague. The plaster on all our walls has already come loose. Currently, the living room wall is bulging. I've never seen such a poorly built house.
