We embarked on this process unknowingly, but ultimately accepted the quote. We found the contact with the contact person rather chaotic. A quick phone call to discuss a color, etc., but what really mattered was postponed. It wasn't even discussed at all. The number of windows, for example. The date for the construction workers' arrival was also set. There was nothing wrong with their friendliness or approach. However, when the frames and windows were being installed, we tried to communicate. We really didn't want so many windows; one less was fine. Looking back on the final result two weeks later, I'm incredibly disappointed. So I wouldn't recommend bouwadviesxxl. But I would recommend it if you insist on clear results.

The workers were friendly and left everything clean. The frames fit perfectly, and it really makes a difference in the house. It's warmer, quieter, and it just looks much nicer.
