Introductie
Bouw en Aannemingsbedrijf Hooikaas is opgericht in 1917 oftewel we bestaan inmiddels ruim 100 jaar. Ons werkgebied is met name regionaal (over het algemeen tussen Gorinchem en Rotterdam), maar uiteraard werken we ook buiten dit werkgebied.
We hebben een eigen productiehal, waar we oa. dakopbouwen, dakkapellen en aanbouwen prefab fabriceren en daarna op locatie plaatsen. Het voordeel hiervan is dat de minder last hebben van weersinvloeden en de bouwtijd op locatie is korter.
Ook renoveren we complete woningen van onder tot boven. Hieronder vallen bijvoorbeeld; - nieuwe keuken - nieuwe badkamer - nieuwe toilet - nieuwe houten of kunststof kozijnen - nieuwe plafonds - stucwerk - schilder- en sauswerk - enz.
Naast woning uitbreiding of renovaties zijn we ook actief bezig met verduurzaming. We verzorgen dan oa; - vloer isolatie of een complete nieuwe geïsoleerde vloer - gevel isolatie doormiddel van spouw vulling of buitenzijde isoleren en afwerken met steenstrips, stucwerk of gevelbekleding - dakisolatie van binnenuit of van buitenaf. - zonnepanelen - warmtepompen en vloerverwarming - warmteboilers - infraroodverwarming - airco's - enz

Following our neighbors' example, Hooikaas B.V. Construction & Construction Company installed a ridge extension for us in late 2024/early 2025. The men work very neatly and are happy to help you every step of the way. The result is impressive, and we're still very happy with it.

In September 2022, solar panels were installed on our roof by Hooikaas on behalf of EnergieMinder. As expected from the previous renovation, they were on time and the work was done quickly and very neatly. Within a day, all panels were connected and satisfactorily on the roof.

In June 2020, we replaced our kitchen. Hooikaas did the preparatory work perfectly. The staff were friendly and did a great job, including the people Hooikaas hired externally. It was nice that they cleaned everything up at the end of the day, as you'd be sitting in a mess for weeks anyway. Everything went perfectly on schedule.

In the summer of 2019, I had a dormer window and complete attic renovation done by Metsel- en Aannemingsbedrijf Hooikaas B.V., and I'm still very pleased with the final result (we were able to create two beautiful rooms, one of which features a sleek Keralite dormer window, a loft conversion, a neatly concealed wall of sliding wardrobes, skylights installed/relocated, and ten solar panels on the roof). The preparations took me a year, but the conversations and visits, and especially Arie's input during these visits, were invaluable. They provided valuable input regarding the renovation and made excellent suggestions to maximize the project's potential. Furthermore, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, and they worked efficiently and managed to create something beautiful in two weeks. Thanks again for that! One area that could be improved is the aftercare, but that's not always manageable due to workload and staffing constraints. In short, a pleasant and reliable contractor who delivers excellent work, and I would definitely contact them again for future major projects.

We are delighted with both of our beautiful dormers, which Hooikaas Construction Company built and installed for us. Our attic needed insulation, and we wanted a dormer on both sides of our house. We contacted Mr. Hooikaas. After explaining our needs, we received a quote. Then, we had to work out a date, as dry weather was essential. For the installation, which took just one day, a large crane was brought in to first lift the rubble down from the attic. Since the roof had to be opened in two places, there was quite a bit to remove. Then, all the building materials could be brought up, and the dormers followed. The installation of the dormers was especially rewarding! The attic was beautifully finished in the following days; we now have a landing and a spacious attic room, which we are very happy with.
