Because competitor Aanblik let us down badly, we asked Bot to come by and discuss a number of options. What a difference! In the end, Bot didn't earn anything from us. One issue was resolved on the spot in 1 minute, and we received practical advice for the other questions. This gives Bot a huge head start for the moment we do need to have something concrete implemented.

We're thrilled with our new window frames and doors. The entire process was well-organized, and the staff are very friendly. We received excellent advice, and everything was clearly explained. Replacing our old wooden window frames, installing them, and finishing them neatly took just two days under favorable weather conditions. Beautiful!

I would like to thank everyone at Bot Doors and Windows for advising, measuring, and installing the frames! I am super happy 😊 It looks beautiful. The men did a good job, left everything tidy, and even helped brainstorm ideas for reinstalling the roller shutter. They made two custom-sized beams on which the roller shutter guides could be mounted and finished them with Trespa on the sides; really great! The roller shutter was reinstalled yesterday and everything turned out well. Thanks! Manja
