During the viewing, everything seemed fine. When we submitted an offer via email, we heard through the grapevine that the seller hadn't received it. After a phone call, it turned out our offer had ended up in their spam folder. They said they would forward the offer, but we never heard from them again... Later, we read the reviews and everything seems to be true; the real estate agent thinks the house will sell itself...

The viewing with this real estate agent was satisfactory. Unfortunately, something went wrong with the email. After the viewing, we submitted an offer that apparently hadn't arrived. When we asked, Winnie indicated that the email might have ended up in our spam folder. However, the email I sent myself via Funda did arrive, but because the house had already been sold, she didn't feel the need to reply. A little friendliness or after-sales service would be more appropriate here.

A monument halfway along the Afsluitdijk, where you can stretch your legs and enjoy a cup of coffee and/or a bite to eat. The pea soup smelled delicious this afternoon. Sitting on the bench by the water in the sunshine is also a treat!
