In 2018, we decided to renovate our bathroom and kitchen. During our search, we found this company. Initially, we had very pleasant and positive conversations, and therefore entrusted them with the project. Unfortunately, the first problems arose the week before the renovation was to begin. This didn't stop there, as more and more problems arose, and mistake after mistake was made. These included installing the wrong tiles in the bathroom. Ordering the wrong items, such as the shower enclosure, shower faucet, and handles in the kitchen. They then installed them, and then reacted very angrily and unfriendly to the customer when we pointed out that it wasn't right. A hole in the plaster in the bedroom from installing the shower faucet on the other side of the wall. A leak in the hallway wall, which runs under the bathroom. We could continue like this for a while. Even after we were finally able to use the kitchen and bathroom again (three weeks plus at least another two weeks' delay, after which it was still not completely finished), the problems still persisted. Over the past year, several things have broken, for which the company refused to provide a solution or warranty. For example, the vanity unit broke, and the supplier attributed it to an installation error. The company refused to acknowledge this and would only repair it if we paid a few hundred euros. We also discovered that the gas hose between the cooktop and the tap is from 1988, even though it should be replaced every five years. It's the same story here too; the list goes on and on. That's why we're writing this review to warn everyone. If you do business with this company, you'll inevitably face problems, and you won't find a customer-friendly solution here.

It is regrettable that I have to write this review. The initial conversations were held in a positive atmosphere, and I then ventured to have the work carried out in high spirits. Unfortunately, the work was severely substandard (bathroom not sealed, corner of a tile broken off without being fixed, bathroom mirror lighting not working, suspended ceiling at the wrong height). Furthermore, they do not handle the feedback provided, communicate poorly with the customer, and do not help find solutions. To top it all off, in the handling of everything that went wrong, this small company even sent a lawyer after us to force payment, even though at least a quarter of the work that was invoiced was ultimately not performed but resolved by us. Be warned: do not do business with this company. You may be in for some nasty surprises.

This company delivered and installed a new kitchen for us. Everything was delivered on time, and the kitchen was professionally installed. They also supplied the bathroom fixtures in our previous home, which is why we chose Bos Kitchen and Bathroom Design again this time. In short, highly recommended!
