I cannot speak highly of the work, but if I am only told after 2 months (they were closed for 3 weeks due to vacation) and many phone calls before that, that they cannot do anything for me, I do not get the feeling that they are eager to have customers. The reason I am told is that they are very busy (they have 1.5 years' worth of work). Why didn't you say that 2 months ago? My request was for my new house; for my other home, I will indeed not approach you.
