Mr. Sander Sinac was very friendly, took his time during the initial viewing, and gave us excellent advice during the conversation. Ultimately, the seller makes the decision, he repeatedly stated. The listing after commissioning through Boot Brokers and the online presentation were excellent! The overall service left nothing to be desired. Every interested party, as well as curious observers, were able to view our holiday home in Korenbloem Park from every angle. Even a video and a 360-degree view of the holiday home and property were published. Nothing was left to be desired. Even neighbors, contrary to their ignorant opinion, were able to get a first impression of the excellent condition of the holiday home! (The absolute satisfaction of the new owners confirmed this.) The communication with BOOT Makelaars Kortgene was smooth, excellent, and very professional. The agent knew the local market well. The photos and videos produced were beautiful and also very realistic. This prevents disappointment or misunderstandings among potential interested viewers. We sold the house in a record time of 10 days at a market-appropriate price to a lovely buyer. Without this agent, we would never have achieved this within this timeframe and for this price. Boot couldn't sell my house in a month; I had the distinct impression they were sabotaging me because of my sexual orientation. They did a lot of shoddy work. For example, my brochure initially included the text for another house. It had incorrect descriptions, to my disadvantage, and my ad ended up behind the planter at the bottom of the door, where no one looks anymore. I just had to stop complaining and being impatient. I left them. A new real estate agent on the island sold my house within two weeks. They didn't even ask about the standard startup fee (€595!). I had to pay that much for this shoddy work, and I protested and had to pay it anyway. Boot is the only one on the island that charges that extra. You've been warned!
