This driver is no advertisement for your company. He overtakes on the dike, where the speed limit is 50 km/h, and he does over 80 km/h. Then he even overtakes a truck... so completely unnecessary!

Once again, faced with a hefty bill. Called about a leak. The mechanic spent 5 minutes looking in the cupboard and... yes, a leak in the cooker. We did nothing about it. Bill: €81. Nothing was done, and then a cold email about labor costs and car maintenance. So, 15 minutes and 5 kilometers. Quite a bit of money?! And according to consumer protection, these kinds of costs must be disclosed upfront, so simply sending an email with the bill and doing nothing is not right. Regarding the costs and customer loyalty, this is a company for the rich, not the average person. They want to make a quick buck, perhaps. A second star because the mechanic was just normal.

After years of being a loyal customer, the true nature of this company has been revealed. We received a call from Bol.com regarding our annual maintenance. We explained that we'd moved but wanted maintenance provided we weren't living too far away. They had to check internally, but it was right within their service area. So, we made an appointment for four months later. Two days beforehand, we received a text message with the time slot. Then, the day before the appointment, we received a call saying it was too far to drive, so we couldn't make it. Sorry, but we made an appointment with you and inquired about this. And then this decision was made from your end; if they had said so right away, it would have been fine. This is unfriendly to customers; they arranged this for free, and no maintenance was done on our boiler. Thanks, Bol.com...

A personal visit to prepare a quote for the central heating replacement. The installation was neatly and quickly scheduled and installed. They even took the old boiler with them. I'd forgotten to tell the technician that it was a rental boiler that needed to be returned, but they brought it by that same afternoon!

I can highly recommend the central heating maintenance at BOL. Invitations are sent out well in advance and can be rescheduled if necessary. If you email the evening before the appointment to let them know approximately what time the technician will arrive, you will receive a timely reply. All the technicians who have visited over the past few years have always been on time, very friendly and polite, and helpful with things like topping up.
