He was a friendly man, but he overlooked quite a few things during our building inspection. For example, a rotten spot in the window frame, holes in the roof tiles causing leaks, and an improperly insulated flat roof causing moisture buildup, despite visual signs. After a few months, we contacted him, and he partially acknowledged the mistakes, but he offered no compensation.
