I ordered a boiler over the weekend, needing it for Friday, as the installer was arriving then. By Wednesday, there was still no delivery date or time. I called mid-afternoon. They couldn't contact the delivery service, so they couldn't tell me if they would arrive Thursday. On Thursday, they said they could deliver at 9:00 AM on Friday, but this wouldn't be confirmed until that evening. In the end, I was able to leave at 7:00 AM on Friday and drive an hour to pick up the boiler myself, even though I was sick. I asked for compensation, but it wasn't possible. They'd also covered the shipping costs. Boilergarant didn't ship the boiler until Tuesday, the delivery company doesn't schedule a delivery for 48 hours, and they're practically impossible to reach. They only try to find solutions with the customer, such as canceling the installer or picking it up yourself. Taking responsibility for late shipping and collaborating with an unreachable delivery company that doesn't deliver within 24 hours is unfortunately not an option. If you want to order here, make sure you do so 2 weeks in advance, otherwise you can solve it yourself.

I contacted Boilergarant by phone regarding a malfunction in my Tesy Bellislimo 50. Sanne provided excellent and helpful assistance, and along with a colleague working behind the scenes, she provided me with the necessary information regarding the possible cause of the malfunction. Despite the parts not being delivered at the same time due to an internal misunderstanding, Sanne's intervention resolved the issue. The malfunction was also resolved with the recommended parts. Thanks again, Sanne, for your friendly and prompt assistance.
