My opinion of Bohaco is that they generally provide good products, but the service leaves much to be desired. There was a long wait for installation by Bohaco itself. Therefore, I had a freelancer recommended by Bohaco do the installation. However, Bohaco didn't deliver some of the materials. In particular, the non-delivery of the agreed-upon foundation beam resulted in a lot of extra work and costs (over €750). Communication with Bohaco was difficult (including internally), and any leniency in resolving the issue was lacking. 4 stars for the materials, but 0 for the service. Therefore, I do not recommend them.

Everything went perfectly from the start. They explained the options clearly, showed us everything in the showroom and at the factory in Meijel. They kept their promises, and the windows, door, and sliding door were professionally installed. After installation, I noticed a small defect in the windows. After reporting it, they addressed it immediately, and a new window was installed. Excellent service and quality products!

Bohaco is more than worth 5 stars. They provide high-quality, beautiful, and reliable materials, installed by true professionals. The information provided beforehand was customer-focused and very clear. Keep up the good work!
