I sold my house to my complete satisfaction through Boer Makelaardij. The process went smoothly; I was kept very well informed. I also received excellent advice regarding the purchase of another house. Whenever I had a question, everyone I spoke to on the phone was able to answer it. And, importantly, there was always room for cheerfulness. And the icing on the cake: Robert suggested signing the preliminary purchase agreement in my house. This way, I got to know the buyers right away. Robert clearly sensed that there would be a good connection with them...

Unfortunately, giving 0 stars was not an option, otherwise I certainly would have done so. When buying my first home, Boer Makelaardij was the selling party, unfortunately. Not only did they provide answers to questions I had that were completely untrue, but after this resulted in me having to hand over the keys again at the request of my notary after the handover, there was not a single apology, bouquet of flowers, or kind word to be had. Boer Makelaardij even tried to blame my buying agent for this, even though the purchase agreement states otherwise! The purchase agreement apparently holds little value for them, just like customer friendliness. I certainly realized that after this nasty experience; what should have been a very celebratory moment—buying my own home—was ruined so terribly by Boer Makelaardij! Even months later, after all my plants were uprooted by the municipality, I suffered from this again, and once again, there was not a single kind word or apology to be had. Boer, on the other hand, contacted my buying agent to ask me to leave them alone, so they could get off the hook easily, of course. After all, the purchase agreement stated that these plants were my property, and I paid for them. I would never recommend Boer Real Estate! It is scandalous how they act and treat people.

We recently purchased a home through Boer Makelaardij. We are very satisfied with Boer Makelaardij! We had a very good feeling right from the first contact, and that turned out to be correct. The guidance was pleasant, friendly, and very professional. Boer Makelaardij really thought along with us! Of all the contact we had with real estate agents during our search, Boer Makelaardij is without a doubt the best!!
