I cannot give a single star. A file has been with them for a whole year, and we have received perhaps more than 50 promises that we would receive an email and/or letter immediately, but alas! Now, a year later, we are told that they have to make choices and do not want to handle our file. How convenient. In the past, I have indicated several times that if they were not going to do anything with it anyway, we would pick up the file. Back then, they were supposedly constantly working on it. If you need advice or other help, look for another firm, because here you only get hassle and are left disappointed. I am writing this as politely as possible without too many details.
