Last week, BM Daktechniek replaced our old Dakkapel with a new one. From the very beginning, the entire collaboration with this company was excellent. All emails were responded to very quickly. When we had to wait for approval from Gemente or change the arrival date, that wasn't a problem either. The gentlemen who came to the exchange were very friendly and helpful with all my questions. The entire exchange went very quickly. It was ready before 11:00. I recommend this company to everyone.

We're thrilled with our new dormer window, beautifully finished inside and out. The shutters are neatly concealed, and the interior is nicely finished with doors, so you can still hide your clutter. We requested several quotes from the area, and BM Roofing Technology was by far the most competitive. When we requested a quote, someone politely came by to take measurements and discuss our needs. They left everything clean after the work.

After looking elsewhere, I decided to go with BM Daktechniek because of the good reviews and the helpful information and assistance. I have to admit, I'm a bit disappointed with the finish. They cut into the roof where they shouldn't have, the crossbeam was ugly, and there's a crack in the wall. The window's protective cap is missing on one side, and the roof finish had a large crack that, because I happened to spot it, was sealed with caulk. See photos of the finish. The staff is good and friendly. The company's aftercare is excellent. All the aforementioned issues were neatly resolved and repaired. Excellent company.
