Terrible real estate agent! Very unethical. I bid on a house and lost. I overbid by a very reasonable amount, but unfortunately lost. Look at the winning bid—placed 5 minutes before the deadline—but it was a very small amount higher. Unethical practices to help their clients by "proposing an offer" that was "accidentally very close to the second-highest bid." Do not recommend. Then they called me and asked if I was interested, in case the buyer "dropped out." Of course, he wasn't; I was just used as an argument to save their deal. 👎

A very bad experience with this real estate agent. We bought a house, yes, verbally. The next day we were supposed to sign the papers. What's this idiot doing selling to someone else? Yes, he says, there was nothing in writing, and you can't do anything to me. They could have done something about it, but luckily they're not the only real estate agent. They also sell houses that are structurally flawed. Everything revolves around money with this real estate agent. Very bad, beware of this agent; they don't keep their promises.

This agent doesn't communicate. Communication is important if you're the intermediary between seller and buyer. Find a different one if you want to sell your house.
