Don't fall for it, folks. They're not professionals. They installed a shower faucet three times before it was finally right. The finish was included in the quote, but they couldn't execute it. Installing the ceilings ended in a major disaster. Filler strips were visible everywhere, even after they came to fix it. The living room floor wasn't covered, and the top layer of the gravel floor was damaged. (They had to report it to the insurance company.) The house has been uninhabitable for three months because of everything that went wrong. Now we have to file a lawsuit because BK believes this is their way of delivering the goods. Be warned!!!
