They clearly enjoy their work and are very enthusiastic. The most important thing for me was that they weren't too pushy or over-the-top. No excessive sales talk, which real estate agents can sometimes be guilty of.

We certainly do not recommend this real estate agent. They appraised the house we purchased. We contacted them after the appraisal, as we were surprised by a number of comparable properties in the neighborhood. Germ responded to this in a very peculiar way, stating that it was our problem and not his. Furthermore, it was impossible to reason with Germ, as he indicated he did not owe us an explanation. Perhaps he was having an off day, but because of this, we would definitely not recommend this real estate agent.
