Good advice and fast delivery, including invoices. Friendly technicians who install and consult with you. But when problems arise, they leave you hanging. You have to call them back for everything yourself. I've been to a different technician four times, each of whom diagnosed a different problem?! Still not resolved. A disappointing, unprofessional experience that costs a fortune!

Albert was the second of 5 or 6 companies that visited our home to provide a quote for air conditioning in 6 rooms. I had a good feeling about his visit and the quote he provided. After all the companies had visited and I had a clear idea of the brand/type and installation plan I wanted, I contacted Albert again to ask if he considered my installation plan feasible and if he would provide a new quote for the brand and type I wanted. He managed to stay well below the price of the direct competitor. In early September, the installers, led by head technician Illias, arrived in 3 days to install all 6 indoor units and 2 outdoor units. As far as I can tell, the men worked professionally. Communication was regular and clear. The men were friendly and worked neatly. If something didn't quite go according to plan, I was called in and consulted them. After installation, they provided a clear explanation of how the air conditioners worked, and everything was left neat and tidy. In short, we are very pleased with the result!

This week, we had a Mitsubishi Heavy Industries air conditioner + outdoor unit installed. Both the initial consultation and the installation were handled by very friendly staff who listened and considered our wishes. Even providing extra documents related to the Homeowners Association was no problem at all. On the day of the installation, the men arrived at the agreed time and worked neatly and professionally. After a clear explanation of the air conditioner and help installing the app + connecting it, we can now also operate the air conditioner with our phone! I was introduced to Binnenklimaatexpert through my brother. I had a very pleasant and clear consultation with Sven. The Panasonic air conditioner was delivered and installed very quickly. The technicians were very friendly and did a great job! I've already had a lot of use out of the air conditioner. It gets my house nice and warm in no time. The app is also handy; you can turn on the air conditioner while you're on the go, so it's nice and warm when you get home.

Zeer prettig gesprek gehad voor de offerte binnen kwam over onze wensen. Na ontvangst van de offerte en de keuze 2 weken later een nette installatie van de airco in de slaapkamer. De monteur heeft zeer zijn best gedaan om de installatie zo netjes mogelijk te doen wat ook is gelukt. Dit bedrijf is absoluut een aanrader.

Van begin tot eind tot in de puntjes geregeld. Klant komt op de eerste plaats, er wordt goed meegedacht zowel bij de eerste schouwing (Sven) als bij de installatie ( Quinty en Illias), alle drie keurige, zeer beleefde en bekwame vaklui. Ik kan dit bedrijf zeerste aanraden.
