Very satisfied with Danny. Selling the house wasn't a typical sale. The house wasn't exactly a palace, for example! Yet, Danny put in all his time and effort. Ultimately, we sold for a great price. Which I hadn't expected. Despite the situation I was/am in, he was incredibly helpful and supportive! TOP real estate agent 👍🏻

Very satisfied with the collaboration. The real estate agent puts the customer first. Very open and honest, a pleasure to do business with. The reason I would recommend Beste Prijs Makelaars is because you get the facts instead of myths. I found the collaboration to be a pleasant one.

After speaking with several real estate agents, I ultimately chose Danny Pellegrom of Beste Prijs Makelaars. He came across as friendly, honest, reliable, and straightforward, and I felt very comfortable with him. His prices are also exceptionally reasonable. The first three months were very pleasant; he went above and beyond and helped me with matters beyond just the house itself. My only minor points were that the written description was absolutely terrible, and I wasn't satisfied with the photos. He also missed appointments, which hindered viewings. Danny's motivation waned every month, and he was now often late. This forced me to constantly meet with the buyers, and I heard them say it was more beautiful and spacious in person than in the photos. We were also supposed to have an open house, which turned out perfectly. Yet another appointment that wasn't kept. After four months, he had new photos taken (by his daughter), and the house was removed from Funda. When, three weeks later, the photos still weren't ready and my house still hadn't been listed on Funda, I contacted them, and from that point on, communication was poor. There was no more consultation, and I wasn't kept informed. My house was no longer linked to Move or my fund account. A few days later, I was told that there would be several viewings and whether they could be scheduled for the first week of month 6. I said yes. The date drew closer, but I heard nothing. Two days beforehand, I asked if anyone was coming (something he always kept me informed about in the beginning) and told him I hadn't received any emails from Move or from him. He curtly replied, "There are two more coming, but didn't you hear that from Move as well?" No, so I'd already mentioned that. Oh well, then the re-linking must have gone wrong, and he would look into it. I never saw anything in the moving house again… Finally, an offer was made through an open tender, and the couple who were seriously interested had asked Danny what they should be considering in terms of price. His answer (he told me himself): "Yeah, I don't know about all that, I can't see that right now." The result? An offer below the asking price… at a time when there's a lot of overbidding… The offer was there, and the real estate agent started pushing me to accept it, but by then, something so serious had happened that I seemed to have no choice but to take the house off the market, which I didn't want. I told him I needed a week before I could give a definitive answer and that I would also communicate this to the bidders. The agent refused to give me this time. He repeatedly pressed me for an answer and even said, "Should I just tell them you're not moving for another six months?" I still couldn't answer that, and I felt incredibly pressured. I wanted to discuss this with him personally, but we couldn't make any further arrangements with him. Ultimately, I had to make the decision to take the house off the market. When I asked Danny about this, I immediately received a termination invoice and was told that the house wouldn't be removed from Funda and the other sales sites until I paid. I explained that I hadn't said a word about the termination of our collaboration and had only requested that the house be taken off the market. The response was that this was unclear. Two weeks later, the house still hadn't been taken off the market, and I received an email saying he had viewers and what the current status was. He left me no choice but to pay the invoice so my house would finally be taken off the market! I find this outrageous, and I simply couldn't handle all this stress. It's great that you're responding with untruths :) If there's no appointment, someone doesn't open the door, and if they have other appointments, you don't answer the phone either, that's true :)
