When I was selling my house, the appraiser indicated that there were likely asbestos sheets on the pigeon loft at the back of the garden. Thanks to the option of sending a sample for evaluation for a small fee, I knew three days later that, thankfully, no asbestos had been found. It's great that this option exists, and it's very well organized.

We've used the asbestos testing service twice now. Both times, we were quickly told whether or not the sample we took contained asbestos, and we received excellent service! A big thumbs-up for this company.
