I am completely disappointed with the service. Everything was good until closing the sales process. The kitchen was mounted with a lot of mistakes (fridge door punched, missing door of the cabinet and wrong handle) and without care (kitchen left dirty, moreover the workers cut the parts in our patio which they left also completely in chaos). We had to complain to the company 3 times until someone replied and came to check all the mistakes. Currently, after the second reminder finally someone replied and is organizing the rework. However, I would expect a better estimation than "it will take few weeks" to deliver the kitchen completely. You do not expect this kind of service from the company delivering quite expensive kitchens compared to the market.

Op basis van een eerste zelfgemaakte schets is er gedurende de verschillende gesprekken naar een optimaal ontwerp gewerkt. Altijd met veel geduld en oplossingsgericht denken. En geduld was nodig want er zijn heel wat vragen gesteld door ons! Maar het resultaat is dan wel een echte topkeuken die precies uitpakt zoals wij het voor ogen hadden. Ook de montage van de keuken, waarbij nog best wat uitdagingen naar voren kwamen is met zoveel geduld en precisie gedaan dat we dus niet anders kunnen dan Berkers van harte aanbevelen!

They tried to brush me off on the phone: "If you know someone there, it won't work out with us." With great difficulty, they let me in for an interview, but only if I brought the complete design from the other company with me. I've already been to three other businesses, and the designs are incredibly different. One in particular really stands out! And that's not even the design from business number four, where the appointment hasn't happened yet. I did receive this design by email, but it doesn't compare to kitchen business number two either. Since something important has come up, I take this as a sign. I've kindly declined the appointment.

What a great company to buy your kitchen from! They're very helpful. While installing the kitchen, the installer noticed one countertop was damaged. They immediately ordered a new one and scheduled a replacement, which was perfectly arranged. We're thrilled with the kitchen. Thank you all for your great help.
