Right should be right, and i don't like giving negative review. As you can I mostly write positive reviews on google. And the actual work performance on installing new heater and maintenance was decent work. So no complaint on the quality of work. However after the last maintenance he accidentally took my filling hose that I have had here for years. Both me and my wife is 100% sure he accidentally took it with him. And that is an honest mistake! I have no problem with that, everyone makes innocent mistakes. HOWEVER, what i do not respect is arrogantly refusing to even discuss the matter. I was just dismissed out of hand, saying he didnt have my hose, without even discussing it. Again, everyone makes mistakes. But refusing to even talk about it, or being willing to correct it is not a very good personal trait. Its not a very expensive thing, so its not a very big issue. But it is a principal issue. And i certainly know how I would have handled it if the situation was reverse. After a few years with Berger, my business will go elsewhere now.

I had a problem with my heating system, the water pressure was low and as a result I didn't have hot water. Even if it was the last day of the year and they were not working, they helped me out over the phone and with WhatsApp along with the video instructions of their website. In less than half an hour, mission accomplished! I had hot water again!

Called him Friday for my broken heating and he dropped by the same day. Fixed the issue by replacing parts Monday. Friendly and just right fixing, his service is highly recommended.
