Sold a house on Spoorlaan five years ago. I was 26 and felt very pressured by the real estate agent himself. After selling, there were no congratulations, and it was very impersonal. The apartment was bought by one of his clients, who then bought it and rented it out. Not satisfied!

Scheduling appointments with a potential client. Having them travel to the location (30-minute drive). When the client arrives at the location, the real estate agent is missing, and upon inquiry, it turns out the property has already been sold, and the client (who is standing in front of the property waiting for the agent) is not informed. The real estate agent is not very engaged and unprofessional!

Spoke with Paul van de Broek. Confusion about the appraisal report. I wanted to resolve it, but van de Broek didn't want to be bothered because he was eating a sandwich. He was rudely referred to the invoice, which wasn't sent for 11 months. He literally said he didn't care what the client thought. The appraisal was done by a mortgage lender, and I wasn't aware of it. I couldn't explain it because he kept yelling when I answered the phone. Is this seriously a real estate agent who's allowed to perform appraisals? Tip: don't do business with this agent and find one who's willing to speak to their clients.

The appointment was cancelled, even though I'd already been waiting for several minutes. I called the real estate agent, and it turned out the house had already been sold. This hadn't been reported either.
