We had window frames installed in 2022, which all went smoothly. Last week, the tilt-and-turn window came loose, and we couldn't get it right. We called Bera, and they sent someone back within two hours to replace the window. Excellent service, thank you.

Also frames for people with a lower budget. Initially, the amount for plastic frames was above our budget, but together with the representative we discussed our wishes and also explained our budget on which plastic frames and doors could be placed that did fit our budget. Our house suddenly looks newer from the outside, but the plastic frames also look beautiful on the inside.

I can absolutely recommend this company. We just had our plastic window frames installed. Excellent craftsmanship, clear communication, they think along with you well, and compared to other providers, the price/quality ratio is very good. It took longer due to delivery problems, but everyone is affected by that because of a shortage of raw materials and everyone being busy with their jobs. The company couldn't do anything about this, but they communicated well about it. Top notch!
