Don't ever fail to cancel within the 14-day period. Otherwise you'd be slapped with a warning you'd be charged 25% of the supposed agreed-upon price if what's agreed doesn't push through despite the fact that prolly they haven't even fabricated customized frames and all that for your windows (coz nobody had done a second measuring for exact dimensions of my windows other than the first one, which was only to determine how much the whole cost would sum up to). Good thing I was able to negotiate to pay only 10% for cancelling beyond the 14-day supposed allowable time. And I dunno how different the materials are with my previous contracted company (Rosario Kozijnen), but theirs is €7.000 for a big window and two small ones in the basement. With Rosario I paid only €3.100 for two of my big front windows (bedroom and computer room). So I don't ever see any reason I should consider them to do any of my windows anytime soon.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent quality and service! This week we had new uPVC window frames installed by Benitech and we are extremely satisfied. From the first contact to the installation, everything was perfectly arranged. They honored agreements, and you get exactly what you expect. The window frames are of excellent quality and have triple glazing, which provides good insulation and a beautiful appearance. Our new front and back doors are also a real upgrade to the house. Everything is neat and tidy. We also really appreciate the thoughtful approach. We received free insect screens for the tilt-and-turn windows and beautiful windowsills, which really completes the picture. The installers were friendly, worked neatly, and delivered truly professional work. You can tell they have a lot of experience and take pride in their work. In short: a top-notch company that we definitely recommend to anyone looking for new window frames!

We are extremely satisfied with our experience with Benitech Kozijnen. All our window frames were replaced, a new front door was installed, and keralite was applied. From the first consultation, we felt comfortable. Jorit was very friendly, took his time, showed us all the options, and really helped us think things through. He also provided valuable input during the measurements, and we received valuable ideas and advice that we hadn't thought of ourselves. Throughout the entire process, we were kept well-informed about progress. Questions were answered quickly and efficiently, which we found very helpful. During the week of installation, we had everything neatly prepared so the installers could get started right away. The installation was carried out by an external company. Overall, the work was done well, although communication sometimes left a bit to be desired. The work took a day longer than planned, and on the last day, different installers arrived, who thankfully worked quickly. However, they installed windowsills that turned out to be very narrow without consulting me (when I wasn't home). In addition, there was sealant in some places and some items were left behind. We understand that work creates a mess, but we felt some things were a bit sloppy. We later discussed this with Benitech, along with a broken screen. Benitech handled this really well. A Benitech technician came by and worked very friendly, accurately, and neatly. The screen was also replaced quickly, which we greatly appreciated. We had also ordered a mailbox, which unfortunately turned out to be out of stock. After careful consideration, we purchased one ourselves (we were going on vacation two days later and couldn't be without it for long), and Benitech promptly reimbursed us. They were very helpful! All in all, with the exception of the external installation company, we had a fantastic experience with Benitech. We are thrilled with our window frames, front door, and the keralite and enjoy them every day. We definitely recommend Benitech and would like to thank them for their excellent service and excellent aftercare!
