We had several windows and doors installed by Belisol. We are very satisfied. We contacted Michel in the preliminary stages, he measured everything accurately and promised what was agreed upon. After that, Shirley kept us constantly informed about production and planning. Then the installers arrived to install everything. They were always on time, and after a cup of coffee, they started removing and installing the frames. In three days, they had everything installed and neatly finished. Since Belisol came under new management and its very customer-friendly staff took over, I'm once again very pleased with Belisol. We had some minor issues with one of our window frames and the adjustment of a window that hadn't been resolved for some time. These problems were now resolved very quickly, thankfully very quickly. After my email and phone call to the Almelo branch of Belsiol, someone from Belisol came out immediately and promised to fix it. That same week, the technicians were at our door to fix everything. It couldn't have been better or faster. We are very satisfied. This is truly customer service, warranty, and aftercare, when something comes up later, that you, as a customer, want to see. I can only recommend the Belisol team. Top-notch.
