The sliding door we ordered is delivered and installed correctly. They are professional and the team organized and executed the work very well. The door is beautiful and we have better insulation now. Very good service. We are glad to work with Belisol Gouda. Highly recommend Belisol Gouda.

After 6 months of waiting for our front door, the instalation was poorly done. They left a hole in the wall, also several scratches in the glass and outside part of the door. Moreover, the door is too close to the floor and it scratches it; the people installing it may had realized it because they put a nail through one of the floor boards. And they also forgot about the certified lock we asked for. This was two months already and Belisol hasn’t given us any solution until this date. We are quite disappointed with the service and we wouldn’t recommend them to anyone

After several visits to the beautiful Belisol showroom in Gouda, we decided to award the contract to them. We are incredibly satisfied with the quality of the window frames and the service. As soon as we had a question or something needed to be checked, a service technician was immediately scheduled. The staff at the Gouda office and the installation team were all friendly and knowledgeable. The installation team, in particular, deserves a huge compliment: they worked incredibly hard and paid such close attention to the finishing touches! The only downside was a factory delay, which was only communicated at the last minute. This caused some stress in our planning. Fortunately, the installation team was scheduled immediately upon delivery, so we're nice and warm this winter. If we need to replace window frames again in the future, we'll definitely be choosing Belisol.
