2 years of calling the company to fix their stuff due to warranty guarantee. the warranty is being ignored. Sliding door dropped, delivered with scratches on the inside of glass, unaligned frames. 2 years of unanswered e-mails, promises from the owner, then again, 6 months of silence. file is given forward to the court. Also, my previous review here was deleted. _ UPDATE 05/09/2025: Broken back door,unaligned front door and windows scratched on the inside have been replaced. However, about the quality of delivered product they cannot do anything. The door will need to be realigned every few months, apparently thats the standard. They offered a bol.com gift card to remove the review, in all due fairness for other future customers, i will not remove the review but adjust the rating and provide truthful updates. Sorry Belisol, but as you said, with full right i will keep it here. The service team is great, but this wasnt worth what we paid and the time we invested. Unfortunately, we will have to deal with each other for longer. Nothing personal.

Waiting for their offer since the 5th of June. Calling them 3 times a week for 2 weeks now to get this sorted but nobody gets back to us when they promise. They cannot find the measurements they made on the 5th of June and so they want to come by again. Having an appointment with them is impossible because they have zero flexibility when it comes to finding the best time.. Worst service ever...with their prices you would expect excellent service... too bad that I cannot give zero star... Update 15-Oct-2020- still no response from Belisol. Worst company ever. Do not contact them if you don’t want to waste your time..

In short: Extremely satisfied with the entire delivery process and convinced of the high quality of the windows. With the desire for new windows with HR++ glass, we went out and about. At the Belisol showroom, we received clear explanations and advice. Based on this, we confidently commissioned Belisol to replace all the window frames and the sliding doors on the ground floor with HR++ glass. For aesthetic reasons, we also wanted to retain the box above the corner window, but without the existing roller shutters. This box gives the impression of a small bay window. A brilliant solution was found for this as well. The proposal was to clad the box with flashing in the same color and wood grain as the window frames. All agreements were meticulously fulfilled. When removing the old window frames and installing the new ones, the installers' extensive knowledge and experience quickly became apparent. It was fascinating to watch. The old roller shutter box is beautifully clad and has received many positive reactions from the neighborhood. See photos. The installers were very pleasant people. They were always happy to provide explanations and answer questions. Everything was always neatly tidied up, and the waste container was removed immediately after the work was completed. All things considered, we are convinced that we made the right choice. They did a great job, and the window frames and sliding doors are of excellent quality. We'll enjoy them for years to come. Last Friday, Belisol Breda installed a new aluminum sliding door for me. This is the third time I've had Belisol replace my window frames, and I'm very satisfied once again. Before purchasing the door in the showroom, I received excellent assistance from Niek, who worked with me in every way possible to make this project achievable. The person who subsequently measured the door definitely contributed to that as well. The communication prior to installation was also excellent: clear and on time. The installation itself went smoothly, although I was a bit nervous when the sliding door had to be lifted over the house with a crane 😅. Huge compliments to Yurek and Konrad, who carried out the job efficiently, professionally, and with great care. Two excellent craftsmen, and also very pleasant to work with. They involved me thoroughly in the finishing choices, which I really appreciated. Everything was left spotlessly clean afterwards. In short: I'm very happy with my new facade and the fact that I chose Belisol again!

Het is een beetje zoeken tussen vier en vijf sterren. Wat erg goed gaat: In de winkel vertellen ze het eerlijke verhaal: Hoe lang gaat het duren, wat gaat het kosten. In het voortraject werd wel een meetfout gemaakt dat bij de installatie voor een probleem zorgde. Maar het installatieteam werkte keihard, creatief (en met goed gevolg) om dat probleem op te lossen. En het resultaat mag er zijn: een mooi nieuw stel deuren met mooie kozijnen. En daar zit de twijfel tussen vier en vijf sterren: was het nou beter geweest als er geen meetfout was gemaakt ? Maar het eindresultaat is toch prima? Uiteindelijk geeft dit aan dat je erop kan vertrouwen dat ze er alles aan doen om het goede resultaat te halen.

Wij zijn hier zeer tevreden over, vanaf het contact met de verkoopadviseur gedurende het gehele proces waarin we tot een passende keuze kwamen tot aan de uitvoering. We hebben verschillende offertes vergeleken en Belisol biedt de juiste prijs-kwaliteit verhouding. Het team werkte professioneel en efficiÃ«nt, en leverde werk van hoge kwaliteit. Het eindresultaat is strak en nauwkeurig afgewerkt. Voor elk probleem wisten zij een passende oplossing te vinden. Wat wij extra waardeerden, was dat zelfs de eigenaar, de operationeel manager en de verkoopadviseur tijdens de werkzaamheden langskwamen om te controleren of alles volgens afspraak en naar wens verliep. De medewerkers zijn klantvriendelijk en zetten zich volledig in om het werk perfect en naar tevredenheid van de klant uit te voeren. Wij zouden Belisol Den Haag dan ook zeker aanbevelen aan anderen.
