Unfortunately only 1 star for communication and not meeting commitments. Despite of giving commitment of delivering an offer within a week, it took 3 weeks instead. It would all be ok if Belastica would have communicated with us that there will be delay (we understand sometimes it’s just more busy than usual), however that was not the case - even though we followed up after first week and asked for an update - this email remained without any response for another 2 weeks, after which we received an offer. When we rejected the offer, giving our honest and respectful feedback, we also did not receive any response (that was more than 4 weeks ago…… ). All in all, we did not find all this professional, which was the reason for us not to continue with Belastica. Hope they will improve it for future customers.
