While the installation is good, the service is, as is typical in construction these days, lacking effort and passing the buck. It's a shame, because the company itself is good and the products are good, but I probably wouldn't buy from them again due to the poor service.

We had several windows and frames replaced. The project didn't go entirely smoothly, but Bekura handled everything well. The sunshades between the glass work perfectly, but if you want to raise them every day, consider electric ones. This isn't an option for us; we simply open/close them because it's an office window, so the blinds don't bother us.
