Underfloor heating was a second experience with advice. In collaboration with involved fellow companies such as Jellesma+installation, RSbouw, and Rene Steneker, zone control was chosen during and after the work. We couldn't have received better advice. It was a bit more expensive, but understandable. We initially came for advice on tiling a new bathroom and, following the conversation, also for advice on the entire ground floor. As usual, we were given four samples to see the effect on the floor. A strong point of the initial advice was/is that there was a sample piece of the outdoor section in the showroom. Wear-resistant, etc. The next step was choosing the color, which is a real issue. You really have to do that because the light in a home is different than in a showroom. What we've learned repeatedly is that installation is indeed a skilled job. And that proved to be the case during the installation. Time and again, the tiler provided feedback on the options and choices. All related to optical beauty for a good end product.

Very satisfied! We chose tiles from this great company. After good advice and a 3D sketch, we ordered the tiles, and they were delivered quickly. We even found a tiler ourselves. We were just a bit short, and they took care of it right away! Great people!

Bought 100 m² of tiled flooring and 100 m² of PVC flooring from Bax for our new house. The assistance with the sales process was excellent! The execution was truly poor, especially the leveling of the floors was a disgrace, which is why we still have a wavy PVC floor. For this reason, Bax didn't install the skirting boards. The tiled floor isn't perfectly smooth everywhere either, but that's manageable. Not recommended. To see it for yourself, please contact them. Following Bax's response below, I've added a photo. Furthermore, they repeatedly stated that leveling compound isn't suitable for leveling floors and that the floor plasterer had done a poor job. I brought the parts together myself. Bax clearly wasn't driven by the desire to make a satisfied customer, but probably cared more about the money. Unfortunately, this wasn't offered as a solution either: I'd like to make the floor properly level, but that would cost me, say, €500 more in leveling compound. We would have gladly paid for that. Oh, and they also dropped a bucket of leveling compound down the stairs. The oak stairs and the freshly painted walls downstairs were completely covered in it. We never heard Bax mention that either.
