Bas is heel duidelijk en compleet in zijn aanpak en laat op de juiste momenten van zich horen. Gewoon een normale vent met kennis van zaken. Geen vraag te veel en eerlijk over wat kan en wat niet kan. Uiteraard is elke makelaar goed wanneer hij je huis verkoopt voor een hoog bedrag naar dat zie ik toch anders. Bas heeft ons een goed gevoel gegeven en op de juiste momenten twijfel of een stukje stress weggenomen. Top gedaan Bas !

Over the past few years, we've bought and sold several houses. We'd never experienced the way Bas and Ernst handled this before. Both the purchase of our new house and the sale of our current one were a true collaboration. Our advantages were: - A facilitating real estate agency that thinks along with you but is also open to your vision. It's truly a collaborative effort. - A real estate agency that's easily accessible (believe me, when things get tense, you don't want assistants on the phone, but rather a quick response). This ensures clear communication. - Selling realistically: taking the time for viewings (buying a house quickly is a big deal for buyers) and being transparent throughout the entire process, both with us as sellers and with potential buyers. This approach resulted in a sale within two weeks of listing (in these times!). We highly recommend Bas and Ernst.
