Poor finish and lack of customer service.Not willing to correct splash marks left, full explanation of possible outcomes of chosen treatment not disclosed, full payment expected before work carried out. 2 return visits both of which the employee confirmed the poor workmanship but left with no resolution. Don't let the many years in business fool you as they have clearly let their standards slip, extremely disappointed after an initial promising visit to the showroom and in house visit.

We happened upon the Bartels Parket&Wonen showroom by chance. Once inside, we clicked immediately. After a helpful conversation and in-home consultation, we received a quote and placed the order. They renovated the staircase, installed PVC in the hallway, and laid a beautiful herringbone parquet floor in the living room. Carlo and his team delivered top-notch work. True professionals who are very friendly and know their craft. If in doubt, just do it!

It all started in the showroom: a fantastic welcome, good advice, and excellent explanations. Today, our apartment was completely finished and meticulously finished, down to the last detail. Compliments to the installers. The review only gives 6 stars, but Bartels Parket en wonen deserves more.
