Our boiler died on a Friday. After a lot of hassle with a company that didn't show up, we called Bartels on Monday. After a brief consultation, a new boiler could be installed the following Tuesday. Despite the fact that our house presented some obstacles to the installation, this was resolved for us with professionalism and fantastic service! They literally bailed us out—what excellent service! What fantastic service at Bartels! I requested a quote for a new boiler and received a competitive and accurate quote. I was able to approve it online, and the very next day I was told they could come out just three days later! They answer your call immediately, and everything is taken care of straight away. A team of three men came to install the boiler. They were friendly, easy-going, and communicative, and they offered honest advice. Simply fantastic!

I took over a house in 2024, and Bartels was involved in the maintenance. I called them to see if I could continue with this, and it was no problem. Today, I had a very friendly maintenance technician who also took the time to explain the system to me, which was unfamiliar to me. They understand installation technology, but they're also no strangers to service! A solid 5 stars, thanks in part to the friendly staff in every interaction I've had with them, both by phone and in person!
