This week, Bako installed 4 air conditioners. What professionals! They work very neatly. They're well aware that they're working in people's homes, and they act accordingly. They leave everything neat and tidy, and in just one day, your house is upgraded with air conditioning. In a word, fantastic! Highly recommended, from the first visit for the quote to the installation and final bill.

Bunglers, don't call them and keep looking! They didn't tidy up the pipes even though this was discussed. A roof tile broke without notification. A hole in the roof wasn't sealed even though this was agreed upon. After calling them, they were somewhat reluctantly repaired in a simple way. After turning on the air conditioning in the bedroom the first time, it turned out to be leaking, so they hadn't tested it after installation. Toem kept the pump running, so I had to call them again. I called again two weeks later because the pump in the other room wasn't working. They don't respond to emails, but they suddenly show up at my door. It's all about the pump; we'll report this back to the wholesaler and get back to you. After three weeks, I still haven't heard anything. I just remembered that they're promoting LG and then claiming the air conditioning can't be set to automatic mode. How is that possible? This is the first time I've written a detailed review, but this is a truly awful company. Especially because they don't respond. If Bako can muster the reasonableness to handle it properly and respond, I will of course let you know here as well.

This week, they installed an air conditioning unit in my house. Everything was installed very professionally and neatly finished. The work was very clean and the people were friendly. Highly recommended. Two years ago, they also installed a unit for my mother, and she's still very happy with it.
