We found Monique through a recommendation and were superhappy to have her by our side while purchasing our apartment! We were grateful for her service and her engagement. She was attentive and responsive, funny and we liked especially her down to earth attitude! What a joy to work with her! She was doing the viewings together with us, gave us insights and asked the good questions to the sellers makelaar we did not even think about. When we made a viewing appointment where she was not able to attend, she made an appointment herself to check on it and gave us feedback. During the apartments search we fell in love with a flat and were eager to bid on it. Late in the evening Monique informed us that she read all the accessible meeting notes from the VVE and she discovered a massive problems with the construction regarding unpredictable leakages (the sellers and makelaar were hiding this fact although we asked about defaults). So Monique was preventing us from making a bad choice and potentially loosing a lot of money! The second apartment we liked and bid on with her help and we won! She was guiding us through the purchasing process, recommended notary and was (emotionally) rock in the storming sea. We can recommend Monique and her makelaar office 100% and truly hope she will thrive and have the chance to accompany more people to navigate this crazy house market!

The fact that he responded professionally and quickly and was available for multiple viewings is a credit to him! You encounter many different types of agents during the buying process, and what bothered me most were the dishonest ones who spin a fancy story out of everything, combined with their ignorance of the house they were selling.
