Update: The problem has since been resolved. There's a significant difference between the technicians; today's technician was considerably more professional and polite. 👍🏻 ----------------- These people are failing to show up as agreed upon in writing (by letter). This has happened several times in recent years, so it's not a one-off. Only once did it go smoothly. It's because I'm stuck with it, but personally, I would have shown this company the door long ago.

Due to a short circuit in a wall socket, the wiring behind it had melted. We contacted Bakker to ask if they could repair it. The problem was resolved satisfactorily, as was a minor misunderstanding, which was also resolved satisfactorily.

Excellent. I needed two extra lengths of tubing. They were delivered less than an hour later because it was on the route anyway. Perfect.

We had a heat pump installed by the gentlemen from Bakker Installation in October. They installed it exactly as agreed, and it was installed neatly and correctly. Excellent communication. It's been running for six months now and no problems so far. Wonderfully warm underfloor heating and hot water. I can only say positive things about the service. Highly recommended.
